Hey Fashionista, Where the thrifting be at?

I started this blog back in June to showcase all the awesome stuff I was picking up while thrifting every week, but somewhere along the way it became my fashion blog. It's kind of crazy yet awesome to recall what happened on what day just based on what I was wearing.

Every once in a while a very special thrifting day comes along.
Today was one of those days.

It wasn't just the Seven For All Mankind DoJo's in my size for $5.99
or the electric blue turtle neck dress that I will wear to my friends show next month.
No it was the 2 Diane Von Furstenberg Dresses!

The yellow one I am wearing is vintage. It cost 50 cents! 50 freaking cents!!! I love it, but it's not me so I don't think I'm keeping it.
The pink one I am holding was $5.99 it's in perfect condition. But alas, it is a size 10. It's on Ebay right now.

Here I am lying in my thrifty goodies. I wore my blue tights for the first time today.
Yay!

What scores!!! Which Salvation Army do you go to?
The one I frequent in Brooklyn never has gems like that!
Please share.

I like the one in Williamsburg a lot. I also go to a couple in Manhattan.
Which one in Brooklyn do you go to? I think I've been to everyone!

No wonder you find good things ,you live in NYC!

Finding decent items in the resale shops in ohio is a pain.I did find a nice clear plastic grommeted belt for a dollar at a salvation army. But clothing wise there is nothing to write home about.

Love the electric blue tights and I love the new format of your blog! I definitely want to try and make the next swap, sounds like fun (but let's plan to not wear that brown, gold, and yellow dress we own from Forever 21 that day, hee hee).
